Our store in Norwich had a great time raising money for the “Send a Cow” Project. ”Send a Cow” is a charity that helps coffee growers and their families out of poverty. The charity works hand in hand with farmers so they can grow enough to feed their family.
Starbucks as a large company can make an amazing difference by raising money in every single store to send a cow. The cost to send a cow is £650. So far 23.5 Degrees have raised enough money to send ...

Bishops Stortford Starbucks
is home to a monthly support group for Stroke Suffers. The meeting is held by a regular customer called Sam Barrett and is held to help those who have had problems with strokes.
Sam herself suffered from a stroke and realized since after being discharged there is no follow up help so began her support group to aid others. It takes place once a month in our Starbucks store allowing people to come and talk in relaxed atmosphere, aiding them to be more comfortable and at ease.
For one week last year Team Stortford aimed to help raise more money and awareness for this charity by "Turning Purple for Stroke". They wore stroke T-shirts all week and also had banners, balloons, Donation boxes and information leaflets in store. In that week they raised over £250 for the charity!!!
